Developed in partnership with the Communauté Urbaine de Strasbourg, the Park's des Forges is located on the historic site of Strasbourg’s former ironworks.
This last-generation business area has received extra special attention during its refurbishment, particularly in terms of comfort, energy efficiency and environmental quality.
The Park’s direct access to the motorway (via the A351) and road networks is due to be supplemented in the future by a public transport network.

Located in an Urban Free Zone (ZFU), the Parc des Forges offers a rare working environment to businesses which wish to take full advantage of the tax benefits associated with this scheme. In 2013, the park provided at least 2000 jobs.
